ご注文から発送までの予定日数

平日13時までのご注文完了で、当日発送いたします。それ以降は、翌営業日の発送となります。※土日祝は発送業務をお休みしております。

関税・輸入税および諸費用について

日本国外（英国を含む海外）へ発送されるすべてのご注文には、お届け先の国に到着した際に関税、消費税（VAT/GST）、通関手数料などの追加料金が発生する場合があります。これらの追加費用は商品代金や配送料には一切含まれておらず、荷物到着時に受取人様が直接配送業者へお支払いいただく必要があります。当ショップは、税関の検査や介入によって生じた商品の受領遅延、および発生した費用について一切の責任を負いません。

手数料の算出とお支払い方法

関税率や計算方法は国や地域、商品カテゴリーによって大きく異なり、現地当局によって決定されるため、当ショップから事前に具体的な金額をご案内することはできません。詳細については、ご注文前にお近くの税関へお問い合わせいただくことをお勧めいたします。配送時に追加料金が発生する場合、配送業者からお客様へ連絡が入りますので、その際にお支払いの手配をお願いいたします。

※アメリカ合衆国への発送について：現地の輸入規制や商品内容により、商品価格の60%を超える高額な手数料が発生する事例が報告されております。

お支払いの拒否および返送について

関税や輸入手数料の支払いを拒否された場合、または未払いのまま保管期限が過ぎた場合、荷物は当ショップへ返送されます。その際、すでにお支払いいただいた商品代金から、往復の送料および返品に伴う諸手数料を差し引いた金額のみを返金対象といたします。

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

We set flat shipping rates for each delivery area worldwide. Please check the segment that corresponds to your destination country.

Estimated Dispatch

Same-day shipping for orders placed by 1:00 PM on weekdays. All other orders will ship the following business day. *Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

 

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Fees

For all orders shipped outside of Japan, additional charges such as customs duties, consumption taxes (VAT/GST), and customs clearance fees may be incurred upon arrival in the destination country. Please note that these additional costs are NOT included in the product price or shipping charges. These fees must be paid by the recipient directly to the carrier upon delivery of the package. The Shop shall not be held liable for any delivery delays caused by customs inspections or interventions, nor for any costs associated with such events.

 

Calculation of Fees and Payment Method

Customs duty rates and calculation methods vary significantly depending on the country, region, and product category. Since these are determined by local authorities, the Shop cannot provide specific estimates in advance. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further details before placing an order. If additional charges are incurred at the time of delivery, the carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.) will contact you to arrange payment.

*Special Notice for Shipments to the United States : Users acknowledge that shipments to the USA may incur high fees exceeding 60% of the product price due to local import regulations and product contents. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

 

Refusal of Payment and Returns

In the event that a user refuses to pay customs duties or import fees, or if a package is returned to the Shop due to the expiration of the storage period, the Shop will refund only the amount remaining after deducting the "round-trip shipping costs" and "return processing fees" from the original payment.
